About Me

I am a Psychologist in the State of Connecticut. With over 25 years of experience, I offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care for adults, adolescents, children and families. I provide individually tailored, compassionate treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and mood disorders, depressive disorders, and body-focused repetitive behaviors, including skin-picking and trichotillomania.

Treatment Focus

I utilize a variety of approaches to meet each person’s unique needs. My primary treatment approaches are based in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) , including exposure with response prevention (ERP). I also integrate family systems, differentiation based therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma awareness, mindfulness techniques and narrative therapy.

I use evidence based treatments, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities.
